πŸ€– Configs - Guide

What are Configs?

Kiwi X External allow users to set their own configurations or to download others. Configs are the settings you wish to save to later load and apply automatically, without going through each setting and configuration manually. Loading up a config is a time saver and can be done so easily.

Terminology:

Config - A CFG file is a generic preference file that stores settings and configuration information.

How to create your own Config:

Step 1) Go to settings

Step 2) Scroll down and click 'Save Current Config'

Step 3) Title the Config as well as the Model name and click 'Save'.

Step 4) Unde the 'Model Selector' your config will be saved in the 'Local Configs' section.

Kiwi X External works on 'Hot Swapping' no restart is required for the config to show.

How to find Configs made by other users:

Join our Discord Server, we have channels where users can request for configs or share configs within the community. We'll also post configs ourselves under the '#πŸ”§configs-utilities' channel. We may also include configs in the 'πŸ“¦verified-models' if the config is specific for a single game.

How to share Configs with other people:

From Kiwi X External - Go to Settings > Scroll Down > Click 'Save Current Config or Model' > Name Config > Click 'Save'. In the bin > configs folder you'll find the config to be able to share.
